No existing air conditioner?
If your home does not already have central air conditioning, new copper refrigerant lines, electrical wiring and a breaker may be required.
Additional materials$300 + HST
Applies when new copper lines, electrical wiring and a new breaker are required. The disconnect box is included.

Yes. The listed installed prices include an outdoor condenser and an indoor evaporator coil as part of the complete AC system.
Is removal of my old air conditioner included?
Yes. For a standard replacement, we remove and dispose of the old air conditioner and install a new outdoor base pad.
What warranty is included?
The system includes a 10-year parts limited warranty and a 2-year labour warranty. Best Home completes the manufacturer registration.
How do you choose the right AC size?
Square footage is only a starting point. We also consider the existing equipment, insulation, windows, ductwork and the home’s cooling needs before confirming the size.
